The process is simple:
Site Selection
Once your franchisee application is received, reviewed and approved, and your franchise fee paid, we will evaluate your desired locations/market area(s) and create a general time line and action plan for your pre-opening through opening process.
Location
Dreamline Wireless, LLC has developed unique, proprietary, technology-driven storefront, kiosk and cart designs that are tailored to highlight product advantages while minimizing the effort necessary to attract and engage customer traffic and increase sales activity.
Strategically fashioned by the nation’s premiere Retail Merchandising designers and manufacturer, these high-quality, professionally designed retail wireless sales venues have been produced to provide significant marketing, training and other operating benefits to franchisees and their employees, while delivering uncharacteristically positive and memorable sales and customer service experiences for customers and mall managers.
Our store designs provide the flexibility necessary to meet the design specification requirements of most every mall and shopping center in America.
Once your location is approved and a lease commitment is secured, Dreamline Wireless, LLC will assist you in ordering your store fixtures or kiosk and you will begin gathering information necessary to create your business, marketing and strategic action plans.
Training
Your franchise fee includes a high-level Leadership Training and Certification Program for you and a team member, which is conducted monthly by our training department in the Dreamline Wireless, LLC Corporate offices in Salt Lake City, UT). You will be responsible for transportation, food and lodging expenses.
This four to five day, full-time training process includes:
1) General business orientation and planning
2) Office-based Wireless Industry/Carrier-specific orientation
3) Corporate orientation and training
You and your chosen team member must complete this training program and pass the required certification exams to become eligible to open and operate your franchise. Additionally, prior to opening, we require you to submit a comprehensive business plan (template provided) that assures us, and you, that the decisions and choices you make will be based on qualified and competent information that will significantly and positively impact your level of success.
Training for additional team members is available at a rate of $5,000 per person.
Once your lease commitment has been secured, Training will be scheduled.
As a Certified Franchise Operator, you will have access to and use of the dynamic, world-class and ever-expanding, proprietary, Dreamline Wireless, LLC Advertising and Marketing programs that will help you launch, promote and grow your business.
In order to maintain a competitive advantage and leadership position in today's rapidly changing Wireless landscape, our ongoing market-research and program-specific evaluation processes ensure that you are consistently and effectively assessing metrics (measurable results) that will guide and direct you in making appropriate and strategic decisions and investments that will yield the greatest promotional “bang for the buck.”
Our multi-focus, marketing strategies integrate the modern concepts of Social Networking with proven and effective traditional branding and sales methods. Our dynamic library of local marketing ideas and tools enable you to develop strong, long-term and rewarding relationships within your individual community, be it in your Mall, in your City and beyond.
This local approach, combined with the Dreamline Wireless LLC.-generated unique, vibrant and high-impact promotional programs assures that there will be adequate and motivated consumer traffic to your RMU. It’s up to you and your team to close them. (See Training)
Once you have completed your training, you will finalize your business, marketing and strategic action plans, with a focus on finalizing your marketing and sales plan.
