Lee Henrikson
Lee’s college studies were initially focused on Economics and Foreign relations. Lee developed a strong interest in ECONOMICS and, during college, was offered an attractive opportunity to improve his “personal economics” by becoming a Sales Manger for a Honda dealership in Mesa, AZ. Lee enjoyed success, financial and personal, in this arena. He enjoyed the leadership role, building a spirit of teamwork and seeing his people grow and become successful under his guidance. It turned out he liked teaching.
Lee’s success drew attention and he was soon “recruited” by Property Masters of America, to join their “High Volume” Sales and Leasing Group which dealt in sizable real estate transactions of ten or more homes at a time. Lee did well but missed his family and decided to move back to Utah.
He loved Technology and soon, he and a close friend had designed, built and opened their first Retail Wireless street front location in Utah. Lee’s friend developed a “Franchise Concept” and soon Lee personally opened and operated five more Wireless Stores (Franchises). During this time, Lee was offered and accepted a position as a Lead Area Developer for the Wireless Franchise Organization’s expansion in the western United States (excluding CA). He was significantly responsible for franchisee recruitment, franchise sale and operations for most of the 65 stores sold and opened, over a two year period. Lee enjoyed the training, the support, the market research and everything about the business. Disappointingly, the Principal decided to take another direction, and sold the Wireless Franchise Organization to an investor in 2007.
Lee had found his niche... his passion. He searched out, conceptualized and started the Dreamline Wireless Franchise concept with the desire to take all of his past years of ownership, leadership, team building, training, market research and all the exciting aspects of Area and Business development, etc., and use it to build “THE GREATEST FRANCHISE IN AMERICA.” He had a great relationship with our nation's most advanced industry leaders, and loved the cutting-edge products and service they offered. He began to seek out experts who might be willing to share the journey and commitment to such a grand end-result.
Lee has established himself as a leader and visionary for the Dreamline Wireless Franchise, and amongst his team and Franchisees. He and his team have recruited ten highly-qualified Franchisees, trained them, found them top quality locations and are molding them into Professional Wireless Experts. Four locations are up and running with all of them activating phones and well on there way up the road to success. Lee has been instrumental in bringing the benefits of his demonstrated knowledge and experience to the forefront of our training and support system. Add this to his system and criteria for qualifying Franchisee Candidates and we have a formula for success.

George Levitt
George’s career began in warehouse construction. He soon became an independent Tenant Coordinator, representing dozens of landlords and hundreds of tenants in coordinating Mall and Shopping Center leasehold improvement projects throughout the United States. This led to a position as Director of Construction for Mrs. Field’s Cookies Corporation, creating then directing the activities of an “in-house” development program for hundreds of corporate locations per year. Recruited by “Heidi’s Frogen Yozurt Shoppes, Inc.,” a Laguna Hills, CA based start-up frozen yogurt franchisor, he created and rolled-out a more franchisee-centric version of his “program. He opened seventy-four locations in year one.
George became President of Lovelady Development Corporation, a mid-size, west coast, mall/ shopping center developer, based in Hemet, CA. Over the next 8 ½ years, George directed Feasibility assessment, Land Acquisition, Entitlement, Design, Pre-leasing, Funding, Construction, Marketing, Leasing and Operating activities for twenty-eight regional malls and shopping centers.
Retired and choosing to move to Utah to raise their family, George explored the commercial printing business, formed a partnership and became Vice President of ASAP Printing Corporation, which quickly morphed from a conventional full-color printer to a “wholesale” printing company serving the needs of and becoming the “National Printer” for Kinko’s (now FedEx Office) and national franchise organizations, including Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Quizno’s, Mowi Wowi, The UPS Stores, Alpha Graphics, etc., as well as printing for thousands of Mom and Pop printing companies around America, that don’t have in-house, full-color printing capabilities. Along the way, George consulted with many of these organizations on their Construction and Marketing programs.
George began a Strategic Planning Consulting business that has since served hundreds, ranging from start-ups to dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
George’s role at Dreamline Wireless, LLC is basically “behind the scenes,” facilitating the strategic and business planning processes; directing market research and development activities; evaluating and responding to evolving stakeholder needs and performance (internal and external); building relationships with Mall and Wireless Industry Players, Leaders and Associations; creating media-based relationships and channels for promotion, publicity and brand-building; development and management of local, regional and national “social network-driven” marketing campaigns; development of a local and national, tenant-based, cross-promotion-oriented promotional system; driving consistent and open communication; and supporting my Dream Team in development, maintenance and enhancement of our technology-based education, employee and customer training, CRM (customer relationship management) and other marketing and operating systems and processes, as needed to fulfill, and deliver on, our corporate mission.

Tiffany Roundy
Tiffany is Director of Training and Support for Dreamline Wireless, LLC, a position earned after years of business education and experience, specifically in the areas operations and customer service. She has had consistently greater levels of responsibility and success throughout her career but is still most driven by the opportunity to interact with and “lift” people. She has a simple but proven philosophy: Make the customer happy and build rapport so they will return to your business on a regular basis… and they’ll want to send their friends.”
Tiffany started as a “Server” at Mimi’s Café in California and progressed in the ranks by moving to “problem restaurants,” where customer service issues had been noted. She was successful is improving customer and employee satisfaction wherever she was assigned. She was invited to join the management training program but declined, as she realized that “Food Service” and a moving away from the one-on-one customer service opportunities she loved, were not her idea of a meaningful future.
In evaluating her next step in life, Tiffany knew she enjoyed customer service and quickly learned that she also enjoyed helping people figure out solutions to problems they were having. She was surprised to learn that this was what “sales” is all about. She had taken classes in and loved “communications.” She made the connection and began working as a salesperson at a T-Mobile Authorized Mall Dealer. She loved it. Soon she was managing the store became excited about and highly-skilled at sales and training.
That’s when and where we found and recruited (stole) her. She is a highly important and valued member of our management team, responsible primarily for all aspects of franchisee training and support, but she also serves as the key project manager for: 1) Our web-based franchisee and franchisee employee training system, 2) Our Franchisee tracking and performance evaluation system, and 3) She evaluates and manages our primary “passive” lead generation and marketing channel (Drop Boxes).
Finally, as “gatekeeper,” she reviews franchisee candidate information, then interviews them to determines their suitability for acceptance and likelihood of success as a Dreamline Wireless franchisee. Tiffany is part of our “Creative Team” and demonstrates her on-going commitment to our franchisee’s success by making herself available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
