Can I buy an Area Franchise or multiple Franchises right now? Unless there is an established, qualified and experienced Partnership or Team that would take on shared leadership responsibilities, Dreamline Wireless, LLC has established a policy that allows sale of only one or two franchises to a qualified, new franchisee candidate.*
Should such a Partnership/Team apply to purchase three or more franchises, our policy initially limits that Partnership/Team to the acquisition of multiple franchises in direct proportion to that team's previously demonstrated managerial experience and success, and proof of that Partnership/Team's financial qualifications and documentation of their commitment to using those funds to develop the multiple store franchise/area, as mutually agreed to in the Development Agreement.
Similarly, once an individual franchisee has established a demonstrated track record of compliance with our System Standards and Operational Success, he or she may apply for the purchase of one or more new franchises.
Notwithstanding the above, it is required that for each additional franchise location for which application is made, there must be, at least, one fully trained and “Certified Franchise Operator” designated as primarily responsible for operation of that new franchise location.
* Exceptions may be made depending on qualifications of Franchisee candidate's management team.
Is Dreamline Wireless a member of the International Franchise Association (IFA)? Yes. Actually, we have established strategic memberships in and relationships with three key associations: The IFA (International Franchise Association), The ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers), and The WCAI (Wireless Carriers of America, International).
The IFA (International Franchise Association) is the premier organization representing the interests of Franchisors and Franchisees in America, and around the world. Membership provides multiple meaningful benefits, including industry-specific trend analyses, training, marketing and publicity resources, and franchisee recognition and awards programs.
The ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) is the premier organization representing the interests of Mall Developers, their management and tenants throughout North America. Approximately 88% of all national-level, leasehold negotiations start, and are committed to, at the ICSC national convention in Las Vegas each spring. We understand the needs of and are strongly connected with mall developers throughout North America.
The WCAI (Wireless Communications Association, International) is the premier organization serving the needs of business and governments in defining “best practices” and visions for the future use and development of digital “4G” Wireless Broadband Technology throughout the world. This is the primary forum for the innovators and “deal makers” vested in expansion and exploitation of this technology.
How do I go about selecting a location for my new business?
• You will be primarily responsible for selection of a suitable location. (Significant guidance will be provided by both the nation's leading Retail Real Estate Specialists and Dreamline Wireless, LLC.
• Final approval authority, for any location you may consider, lies with the Carrier.
• Dreamline Wireless, LLC will provide carrier-specific guidelines, assistance and advice about site analysis, demographic research and lease review. Again, you will be ultimately responsible for the site you select and for understanding and complying with the terms of your lease. It is recommended that an attorney review all leases.
Once I sign my lease, how long should it take for me to open my first location? Once you have become a franchisee and signed a lease, your customized Store fixtures or kiosk can begin production. Currently, it is averaging three to six weeks for production, delivery and installation of your fixtures or kiosk, storefront sign, hiring employees, etc.
• While many factors can influence an opening schedule for your location, once you have purchased a franchise, a general rule of thumb is that you should be able to open within two to six months. (Plenty of time to comfortably complete all training and smoothly transition to your new life as an independent business owner)
