Definitions reveal the general meaning of words but do not necessarily represent the spirit or emotional meaning that many of us may associate with those words. Connecting with the personal and intrinsic value of what "success," can or will mean to you will strongly motivate and drive you toward that meaningful outcome, your desired end result... The "Dream.”

What does it mean to you… Financially, Socially, Physically, Emotionally, Intellectually, Spiritually? How do you quantify success in terms of Contribution?; In terms of meaningful Family or other types of relationships? In terms of how many people you can serve or lift? In terms of how many managers you train to be successful; In terms of how many franchises you open up; In terms of how many hours a day you physically work, etc.? How do you measure success? What would be meaningful… even joyful to and for you, for your team, for your family?
Personal Power author, Anthony Robbins said it all, when he said: Success is a state of mind. It’s all about how we, as individuals, look at things. A first level of success comes from recognizing the joy of doing what you do because you “Get to” instead of you’ve “Got to...” a small but major distinction.
